I have the great honor of sharing time with internationally celebrated dietitian, Dr. Susan Kleiner. This is the first in a two-part conversation discussing advancements in the nutrition industry which have led to her newest edition of her book "Power Eating" called "The New Power Eating." In this episode we talk about her journey into the industry and some of what has changed since her last revision of "Power Eating" including her thoughts on the ketogenic diet for performance.
